Meet Our Counselors

Meet the amazing and dedicated Meadow Heights Elementary School wellness team! Students can reach out to their counselors for questions, guidance, and support.

School psychologists may provide support and consultation to teachers and parents of students experiencing learning and/or behavior problems. Students with an Individual Education Program who exhibit the need for a higher level of care may be recommended to receive Educationally-Related Mental Health Services. Please contact the SMFC Student Services Department for additional information or support at (650) 312-7341.

Melissa Beck Hi, Mustangs! My name is Melissa Beck, and I am the school counselor at Meadow Heights Elementary! I'm passionate about mental health and education and have a master's in School Counseling from Concordia University Irvine and a Pupil Personnel Services credential. On campus, you can find me helping with Second-Step classroom lessons, short-term individual counseling, short-term group counseling, crisis intervention, conflict mediation, and community referrals and resources.
